Hola Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a web design, software and AI automation studio based in Hertfordshire, UK. We are the data controller for the personal information you provide via this website. Contact: info@holadigital.co.uk.

- Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, project type, budget range (optional) and the message you provide.
- AI Studio demo: the business type and repetitive task you enter, used only to show you a relevant example and to follow up if you’d like a proper assessment.
- Direct email: if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence and your email address.
3. How we use your data
Solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and deliver any services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third parties
Form submissions are delivered to us via Resend, an email-sending service, acting as our data processor. If you consent to analytics cookies via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. Nothing analytics-related runs without your consent, and you can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for full details. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Both Resend and Google are based outside the UK. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected under those providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent UK-approved safeguard, as required by UK GDPR.
5. Legal basis
We process contact and enquiry data under legitimate interest (to respond to and manage enquiries) and, where you go on to engage our services, under contract.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any legal retention period afterwards (e.g. for accounting purposes).
