AI & Automation

We find the repetitive parts of your business. Then we automate them.

You don’t need to understand AI to benefit from it. You just need someone who understands your business and the technology. That’s what we do.

Examples

Illustrative scenarios across different industries.

These are examples of the kind of thing we build, not completed Hola Digital projects. AI & Automation is a growing capability, and real case studies will appear here as they land.

Accountancy firm

Reading client documents and manually entering information

This could look like automating document extraction, categorisation and data entry, while keeping a human involved in the final approval step.

Law firm

Manually reviewing client intake forms and chasing missing information

This could look like an intake assistant that reviews submitted forms, flags what's missing, and only routes complete files to a person.

Marketing agency

Pulling numbers from different platforms into a client report every month

This could look like an automated reporting workflow that pulls the numbers together and drafts the report, so your team edits rather than builds it from scratch.

Construction business

Manually drafting quotes for every new enquiry

This could look like a quoting assistant that drafts a first-pass estimate from a job description, ready for a person to check and send.

Hospitality business

Answering the same booking and availability questions over and over

This could look like an assistant that answers common booking questions instantly and only hands off to a person for anything unusual.

Ecommerce business

Answering repetitive order-status and returns questions

This could look like a support assistant handling order-status and returns questions instantly, escalating anything that needs a human judgement call.

How it works

Discovery-led, not sales-led.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understanding how your business actually runs.

  2. 02

    Opportunity mapping

Finding the highest-value process to start with.

  3. 03

    Prototype

A working proof of concept, not just a proposal.

  4. 04

    Build

Production-quality implementation, with a human in the loop.

  5. 05

    Measure

Checked against real time/cost saved, not vanity metrics.

  6. 06

    Scale

Extended to more processes once value is proven.

Questions

Got questions?

What can AI automate?

Most of what AI automates is a repetitive process someone already does today: reading and sorting documents, answering common questions, chasing information between systems, or turning raw data into a report. If a task involves reading, deciding or moving information, there's a good chance it can be partly or fully automated.

How do I know where AI could help?

You usually don't need to know in advance. Request a discovery session and we'll ask how your business actually runs day to day. The biggest opportunities are almost always the tasks your team already complains about.

Is my business too small for AI?

No. Some of the most valuable automation projects are inside small teams, because a few hours saved per week matters more when there's no spare headcount to absorb the work.

Can AI integrate with our existing software?

In most cases, yes. We build automations around the tools you already use, from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to CRMs and more bespoke systems, rather than asking you to replace them.

Will AI replace my staff?

That's not how we scope this work. The projects that work best keep a person reviewing anything that matters: approvals, customer replies, financial decisions. AI removes the repetitive part of the job, not the person doing it.

How much does AI automation cost?

It depends on scope, but most engagements start with a fixed-price discovery session that maps your processes and identifies the highest-value opportunity, so you know the likely cost and payback before committing to a build.

How long does it take?

A discovery session is typically a single session. A first working prototype for one process usually follows within a few weeks. We deliberately start small and prove value before scaling further.

Automation projects often surface a case for improving the surrounding product or interface too. See Digital Experiences.
